VAKALAT by Neeti Shastra- A real life courtroom experience!
Neeti Shastra presents the first edition of ‘VAKALAT 2021’- A real life courtroom experience where you’ll get a chance to be mentored by experienced advocates and compete against each other for the Winning Title.
The competition aims to encourage law students to prepare pleadings, just like in a real courtroom, to provide practical exposure and gain better understanding of the work done by a litigator.
Come and witness this unique clash for the wining title between students who have been mentored by legal professionals having many years of experience and expertise in the legal field and are ready to come forward and give you a fascinating real-life experience of a lawyer in the court of justice.
The theme of the competition shall prima facie be based on Criminal and Cyber laws.
This unique competition is open to all the undergraduate and postgraduate law students in any year of any course.
We are open to multiple entries from the same college.
Each participating team or individual shall comprise of maximum two members. The teams cannot be changed after registration. Each team shall be randomly provided with a team code and their side (Whether Prosecution or Defence) after successful registration.
Each team or individual shall register through a google form in which details of both the members shall be filled.
The registration fee is Rs 300 per team which can be paid through Paytm (9654338189) or UPI ([email protected]).
There shall be no refund of the registration fee under any circumstance.
